Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty: THE SUMO LADY, INC. provides Buyers a limited repair and replacement warranty and agrees and warrants only that the products, identified below will be fit for their intended purpose, merchantable and without material defect in workmanship and materials for the products specified as follows:
Adult /Teen Sumo Westlers Suits: 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer.
( also consist of Sumo Helmets Adults & Teen sizes, Sumo Mittens , Sumo Belts, Sumo Skins/ Sumo Inner Suits and Sumo Mats Set ).
Sticky Suits: 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer.
(also includes Sticky Vests & Sticky Wall Cover Sheet ).
Boxing Gloves: 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer.
(also includes Youth size boxing gloves)
Joust Poles: 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer.
( also includes Youth size Joust Poles and Joust Pedestals ).
Bungee Vest : 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer.
(also includes Youth size Bungee Vests and Bungee Batons ).
Knock Your Block Off Game: 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer.
Bowling Pins(set of 6): 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer.
Sand Bags & all other Products & Parts have a 90 days warranty from date of shipment to buyer. Please inspect your order upon delivery for any defects or missing items at time of delivery. You have within 90 days of which to notify The Sumo Lady,Inc. of any problems or concerns with your Order.
All warranty work and replacement are subject to inspection at The Sumo L ady, Inc.. factory in Orlando, Florida. Ordinary wear and tear will not invalidate The Sumo Lady, Inc. limited Warranty, but misuse, improper handling or storage, improper repairs, improper maintenance and care, or accidental, abusive or negligent treatment of the product / not following guidelines will invalidate The Sumo Lady, Inc.. warranty. This warranty is not a guarantee that the product, will not through use, handling and storage develop tears or punctures from time to time, the repair of which is the responsibility of Buyer. Buyer must ship the products to The Sumo Lady, Inc. at Buyers expense. If the product is evaluated and found defective and the warranty for such product is in force, The Sumo Lady, Inc. will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to Buyer; otherwise, all shipping costs will be borne solely by Buyer.

The provisions in the Limited Warranty are The Sumo Lady,Inc. suggested Guidelines for proper use of Products sold to the Buyer from the Seller. The Sumo Lady,Inc. further disclaims any responsibility Whatsoever to Buyer or any other person for injury to person or damage to or loss of property or value caused by any Product which has been subjected to misuse, Negligence, or accident, or misapplied; or modified or repaired by unauthorized persons or improperly installed or maintained. Seller warrants only that, to the best of it’s knowledge and belief, the goods were manufactured in a good and workman like manner, using sound commercially-reasonable materials. Any warrantly claim must be made with applicable manufacturer of the goods within the guidelines stated in the Limited Warranty. In no event shall seller be Liable to Buyer or any of buyers customers or anyone else for special, collateral, incidental, or consequential damages for any breach of the provisions of this sale of goods or for tortuous conduct even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such excluded damages include, but are not limited to, the following: Loss of good will, Loss of profits, Loss of use or interruption of Business. Buyer understands the importance of reading / following all product warnings and limitations of the Sumo Lady, Inc. Guidelines.
